All title fights will be approved and sanctioned by duly-authorized and duly-recognized commissions and the ISKF . The ISKF does not recognize for ranking purposes any intra-school bouts or what has been commonly referred to in the professional boxing world as "smokers." The ISKF does not recognize bouts fought in underground or illegal clubs. The ISKF insists upon fair play and the safety of the fighters must be paramount at all times.
All title fights will be a minimum of five ( 5 ) rounds of 2-minute duration.
If a champion does not defend his title in a duly-authorized commission within a six month period of time, the title will be forfeited.
Ranking is determined by one simple criteria: in the ring. Winners are ranked higher than losers except in those rare instances where the level of competitive opposition is clearly of a superior quality.
